The high, arched seatbacks are contoured for comfort, and feature foliates, scrollwork, rosettes and more, all with a pierce-carved seatback splat. Fine tapestry upholstery with a complementary naturalistic design provides comfort, and is supported by a contoured apron all around with the sides and front sections artfully carved with detail. Double scrolled front legs and contoured rear legs are connected with a modified "H" stretcher with the center oriented to present another carved facade below. Lion's paw feet in the front complete the look. Sold as a pair.
