For all international shipping, the seller is responsible for charging a flat rate for shipping, including all taxes, duties, and fees. Please be sure to check your listing pricing and shipping cost to ensure that you've covered your bases. Costs cannot be adjusted after the order has been placed.

Packing

  • When packing small items that will ship via parcel (UPS, FedEx, DHL), items must be packed securely and professionally to minimize damage in shipping and present a professional image.
  • The seller is responsible for filing and collecting any damage claims.

Shipping

  • The seller is responsible for purchasing and facilitating shipment (in less than 3 days for parcel and 15 days for furniture and larger items).
  • Parcel shipping must be via a trackable method (DHL, FedEx, UPS) where no additional fees are collected from the buyer at delivery (which is required when shipping via post).
