When conducting business with a company for the first time I am hesitant these days. So for me I decided to make the long trek from Chapel Hill NC to their neck of the woods in Pennsylvania to see what was up. Rarely have I experienced such a warm and inviting customer experience. Matthew met me at the warehouse the following morning at 5:30am. Who does that these days! The chair was virtually new in appearance. Angela assisted in numerous ways on the telephone from hotels to timing considerations. Do not hesitate to conduct business with these fine folks. Delighted to find a matched pair of nightstands in such excellent condition! They arrived earlier than I initially expected, and delivery was quick and professional.

One of the cups was cracked but its a light crack you really have to look for. I love this set and since I collect carafe sets I know this is a rare set.

I havent had a chance to completely open my rug yet but it looks beautiful and I know it will be perfect in my family room.
