This exquisite pair of George III-style bachelor’s chests, crafted by Kittinger for their renowned Colonial Williamsburg Collection, embodies the pinnacle of 20th-century American craftsmanship. One chest features three drawers that have compartments (please see photos). The skirt rails have a carved bead and reel molding. The understated bracket feet and clean lines further enhance the classical silhouettes of the pair, making them a versatile addition to any interior.

The Colonial Williamsburg Collection by Kittinger is a tribute to the rich heritage of American design and craftsmanship.The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation commissioned Kittinger to reproduce Colonial Williamsburg's antique furniture in 1926 as part of a Craft Program to educate future generations. Kittinger became the exclusive licensee for the project in 1937. The collaboration ended in 1990. This collection recreates historically significant furniture pieces inspired by originals housed in the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation’s museum.
