Such a design is centuries old, and still represents an ingenious design that is truly timeless! The table top itself is lavished with thick walnut veneering for a subtle contrast, with gadrooned edge overlooking an apron subtly carved with an overlay design, and side-by side corbels on each corner. The stripped finish creates a soft visual appearance that is perfect for today's more casual decors, and the sheer quality of the materials and construction will ensure decade after decade of enjoyment!
