A pretty lattice basket filled with flowers sits atop a wide brass band with a flat bottom. Each ring measures approximately 1.75" x 1.75" x 1.75" Paper made in India tags present. No damage whatsoever, mild tarnish/patina. I'm guessing this set is from the 1980's, but I'm not positive.....Thanks for looking! less
