Born in the Northeastern United States at the turn of the late 19th / early 20th century, executed in powerful Renaissance Revival taste, crafted of warm rich solid oak with attractive grain patterns and the beautifully aged antique glow that oak is renowned for. Having a circular tabletop with visually striking tiger grain edge, thick apron with simple beaded ornamentation, rising on a cylindrical pedestal, with four stylized fish dolphin figure carvings on the raised base.
Split-pedestal conceals extension rails and built-in additional supports/legs, opening to over 8' x 4', not accompanied with any leaves, but you could easily have some made.
