It … Read more Offered is a Mid Century Modern Charles & Ray Eames designed ETR or Surfboard Coffee Table by Herman Miller. It has a black laminated top and birch core and the classic Eiffel Tower style metal base in black. The top is is very fine condition with only a few minor chips around the edges. It has the Herman Miller/Eames tag on the underside. These tables were first released in the early 50’s and sold until 1964. Herman Miller relaunched this classic table in 1994 as part of its classic Eames collection. This table is from that later era as evidenced by the makers mark. As with most pieces of preowned furniture it does show evidence of use and light wear commensurate with its age but is in over all very fine condition.
