- Here we have a beautiful OLD original Bauer Pottery oblong vegetable serving bowl with handles. A hard to find piece … more Here we have a beautiful OLD original Bauer Pottery oblong vegetable serving bowl with handles. A hard to find piece in super saturated blue glaze with no chips, no cracks and no repairs. Remarkably, it has very few utensil marks inside the bowl given it's age and use. There are wear marks in the glaze on the outside of the bowl which look to be from stacking or nesting. Also, some factory glaze skips on the bottom, they aren't chips, please examine magnified photos. Perfect for a vintage pottery collection as well as Spring and Summer entertaining. Wonderful rich glossy glaze, still lots of life left in this classic American pottery bowl....thanks for looking! less
