The firm is typically involved from the ground up including finish selection and interior detailing, as well as the interior design. Tish uses a mix of color and materials from the surroundings to create balanced spaces that are seamless from interior to exterior. As one client put it, “You know a Tish Mills Kirk design because of the exhale when you walk into a room. Regardless of whether it is a traditional design or contemporary space, they are always as tranquil as they are a feast for the senses.”

Project results have been recognized numerous times within the design industry. Tish Mills Kirk has received 24 design excellence awards from the Georgia Chapter of the ASID; one project winning three national ASID awards. Her work has been featured in magazines such as Elle Décor, Traditional Homes, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles and Atlanta Magazine as well as several books on interior design.

While the firm's traditional focus is on residential projects throughout the Southeast, there are also a growing number of projects on the West Coast. Tish also has completed projects in China and Africa, creating an international presence for her firm.

Tish Mills Kirk is a graduate of the University of Georgia and studied Feng Shui at the American Feng Shui Institute. She is an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers. She also a founding member of both the Leaders of Design Council and Design Leadership Network.
