The Modern Collectors is a small antiques and painting seller located in Manhattan. We were founded by Austin Proehl, a practicing architect turned painter, who draws on his years of experience in the design profession to curate pieces that add beauty and proportion to any space. The paintings sold through Modern Archives are his personal pieces. Inspired by the forms and observations he encounters on a daily basis living and designing in Manhattan.
