Studio Variously is a sustainable brand based in Michigan. We exclusively work with heritage master artisans of 3rd / 4th generation to create textile based collections. We believe that sustainbility is a shared responsibility which is why we support Sustainable Design Goals set by United Nations in our design+manufacturing process. Studio Variously explores minimal design elements by combining environment friendly materials & ancient techniques. We seek beauty in slow made textiles that bring people & their cultural stories together. We believe good design comes in small batches & is made responsibly . To ensure longevity & functionality , only premium qualities of dyes like Certified Eco Swiss dyes, organic dyes & finest qualities of natural yarns like cashmere, linen , silk, yak, cotton are used. We collaborate directly ( no middlemen ) with artisans to make products like throws, blankets, scarves, pillows, bedspreads, rugs. Anjali Purohit, the founder of Studio Variously pursued her design education from prestigious design schools in India & Italy. She has worked for 15+ years for design studios, fashion brands, exhibited in India, EU, USA .Through her industry experience Anjali understood the growing need for ethically made sustainable products. She continues to explore this by forging unique artisan partnerships & modern design sensibility. Studio Variously retails at 50+ lifestyle stores in US, collaborates with established interior design studios & ships globally.
