What began innocently enough as a young boy riding around upstate New York with his mother while she shopped for antiques in the late 1950's has turned into a serious addiction with apparently no known cure. In fact, the obsession is so bad that our 31,000 square foot showroom is bursting at the seams and our workshop is running at a clip typically reserved for Elves in December.
The fuel to feed this fire is most often found in the English Midlands, Italian Countryside or the charming South of France. Dozens of European trips have yielded thousands of treasures brought back to America in shipping containers and suitcases (when necessary). Sometimes in our travels we find an item that is so special it would be a shame for it to be the only one of its kind. When this happens we study it, take precise notes on how it was built and construct full-size templates which allow our craftsman to create an authentic reproduction and scale it to any size needed.
The result is an heirloom quality piece, ready to be enjoyed for generations. We can also create an item based on your sketch or drawing, and even duplicate a favorite antique from a photograph. Our workshop has the capability and experience of true old-world craftsmanship, taking your dreams and turning them into a reality. Our projects range from a solid bronze Giacometti inspired desk, to a massive 16' farm table made from our exclusive stock of antique, naturally aged French timber, or a custom kitchen island for a brand new home.
We work with interior designers and individuals worldwide, dedicating the hours of time and effort to make sure all your expectations are exceeded. We have an extensive inventory of Country French, English, Spanish and Italian furniture and we are very proud of our comprehensive web site which is updated daily. We ship all over the world regardless of location, value, size or weight and we will gladly arrange everything for you.
