When you visit Marguerite Guitreau, we hope you feel like you are window shopping in your favorite hideaway atelier in Paris. We want you to dream a little. Get swept up in the stories of how these pieces were made, and the interesting lives they may have lived before ultimately coming to your home.
Marguerite Guitreau is named after the founder's beloved grandmother. Like her creole Mémé, the store is quirky, colorful, uptown but not uptight, French, cultured, stylish, both slim and curvy, often irreverent, always changing, and ever-so-slightly haunted.
We search the globe for rare antique and vintage home goods and furnishings. Part of the company's mission is also to find and introduce emerging artists and give them a platform to elevate and showcase their talent. It’s a joy to find these pieces for you!
Whether you live in 600 or 6,000 sqft, a well-appointed home is a love letter to yourself. Good bones, good light, and good humor - these are essential ingredients, but it's those unexpected pieces that keep things interesting. What thrills you? At Marguerite Guitreau, we believe there is nothing sexier than a well-stamped passport! We are searching for those rare and wonderful pieces to help you create a well-seasoned, inspired home.
Customer service, quality, transparency, and value are of the highest importance. We strive for excellence in every aspect of our business, and we thank you for trusting us with yours.
