There’s a Japanese art form, kintsugi, that not only pieces together broken pottery, but also highlights the repaired cracks with gold — “it treats breakage and repair as part of the history of an object, rather than something to disguise.” All of us carry some (or a lot of ) brokenness from our past. We believe processing through that can lead to new life that uses personal history, good and bad, to form something entirely new and beautiful. That’s why we love vintage and antique pieces. It’s a reminder that beauty can come from brokenness.
Located in Columbus, Ohio. Restoring and curating vintage pieces since 2021.
It's been a pleasure to get to meet and work with amazing people who are intentional about the pieces they bring into a space. Feel free to reach out with any questions you might have!
