When playing Irish music at a pub, you might hear someone call for "Fiddler's Choice!" It means that the fiddler gets to pick the next set of tunes the group will play. When someone says that to me, I like to start a tune that we haven't played for a while, one that has some interesting challenges. When hunting for items to resell, I love finding unique treasures at auctions and estate sales, researching their origins, and helping them find new homes.
