Cottage Moon Designs grew out of an innate love of tinkering with and fixing things. Most of all, out of the love of beautifying things, especially my home. I believe that home should create a mood and tell a story, the places you've been, what brings you joy.
Once I realized what transformations could happen with furniture, I was inspired, it was like a jolt through my system!
Within two weeks I had mobilized my family into helping me gather about 11 pieces.
By the third week I had figured out how to ergonomically move furniture by myself.
Now, I am enjoying the process of nurturing the creativity I had suppressed most of my life, doing something that makes my heart sing, lovingly rescuing old pieces and giving them a beautiful new lease on life, while at the same time bringing joy to your home.
