Betty Lou Phillips is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers. An award-winning designer and author of thirteen books on French and Italian design, she has been featured in newspapers throughout the country as well as today’s top design magazine. In 2013, HGTV purchased the rights to the text and images of The Allure of French and Italian Décor for a period of two years. Other of her books have also garnered national recognition.
