We are a husband-and-wife team with a love for things that have been lost, forgotten or are simply ready for their next owner. I, as the wife part, developed a love of mid-century furniture in my teenage years - purchasing my first pieces from Goodwill at sixteen. My husband grew up in a woodworking shop. Growing up in an environment gave him a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and quality. His specialty though is really farming equipment, machines, and tools. But as spouses we support each other in our endeavors. He does, however, appreciate the pieces I find because of their craftsmanship. Furniture and many things are not made as they were years ago. From the pegs in furniture I buy, he inspects the value (craftsmanship) of my items to give the go-ahead!
