Very Good; Original heavy glass lens with the GE logo, due to the age, there are appropriate surface wear on the glass and on the metal. New wiring and restoration to the finish. Hardware on the back was added to accommodate the modern ceramic socket. The lamp does not tilt or turn on the base.
