A stunning work, a rich red lacquer background, profusely decorated with intricate gilt leaf, vine and trellis patterns. The brass handled center dome holding three red lacquer and gilt 7-Inch forks to one side and three red lacquer and gilt 7-Inch knives at the opposing side. Complete with a 1 concealed 2-Inch Knife and fork carving set below, raised on a oval pedestal base.
