Description: This adorable Figurine is made out of bone china / porcelain. This lovely little piece was made by Royal Doulton … more This adorable Figurine is made out of bone china / porcelain. This lovely little piece was made by Royal Doulton in 1939 and is titled Penelope, with item number HN1901. The sculpture is a very charming depiction of a pretty young woman in a pink dress with yellow flowers detailing the front and a blue bow on the side, wearing a white bonnet with a blue bow. The woman is seen sitting on a blue and pink bench with her foot rested on a foot rest, embroidering a lovely floral design with a basket of yarn beside her. The piece is stamped on the bottom as having been made in England by Royal Doulton, the fine china and collectibles company, see pictures.
