The lightly curved body displays a wonderful hand painted scene of a dog rescuing a young romantic style couple, the male in a hat with a plume, in the countryside on one side and beautifully detailed flowers in nice colors on the other. Additional scrolled foliate gilt accents on a white ground extend along the top lip. less
