Depicted on the top of the table is a Chinese landscape in silver with six geishas near a pagoda. The painted decorations are in gold and silver. Not only the top of the table displays these beautiful inlaid figurines, but they also adorn the sides.
The black lacquer legs have partly exposed, not lacquered, bare dark wood which is quite unusual and which adds a dramatic effect. less
