A boldly figured Swedish burl wood tilt top table with a crossbanded edge of light wood bordered with string inlay. The burl wood is stunning in its complexity of figure and pattern. Retains its original wooden spindle catches underneath. Pine secondary wood. The table rests on a tripodal base, also of light wood, with legs terminating in pad feet. Good antique condition- nice French polished surface. Some restorations to the cross banded edge and base.
