Plywood mirror from the Euroika series by Friso Kramer, one of the most attractive Dutch mirror designs from the 1960ies. Warm teak veneered plywood mirror case, black glass shelve lid that covers the comb tray. Easy wall mounting, only 2 screws needed.
Friso kramer designed this vanity mirror and the other Euroika bedroom furniture back in 1963. It is well-documented in several literature, a.o. 'Goed Wonen' magazine. Kramer can be mentioned in the same sentence as Dutch designers Cees Braakman ( Pastoe ) and Wim Rietveld. This mirror design would also be a great match with Danish Hans Wegner and Borge Mogensen furniture.
Great condition; All is complete and intact, mirror glass really great.
