Traditional American sofa and ottoman custom upholstered in 1997 with Cyrus Clark fabric. Has a great look and includes 2 matching throw pillows. Very solid and clean. Came from an estate in Pinehurst, NC. I believe the material a course linen, very strong and durable. Ottoman measures 26" x 21" x 14" high.
Note: We have 4 valances that are FREE and will be including in your shipment. They measure 20" x 52". see next to last photo.

- This material is coated to prevent staining, but we did notice at the back bottom corner on one side of … moreThis material is coated to prevent staining, but we did notice at the back bottom corner on one side of the couch is a darker area. Really pretty minor, but you can see it in the photos. At first we though it was a shadow. All else is good. Condition considered very good commensurate with age. Ottoman in very good/excellent condition. Note: The reason we are giving you the valances is because they need to be sent to the cleaners. They are discolored probably from being hung and airborne particles landing on exposed areas for the last 26 years. They are not including in our pricing as they were given to us. less
