Inscription: "Spiro Theodore Agnew, Vice President of the United States, April 18, 1972, Tulsa Oklahoma".

Good vintage condition with no wear; internal crack (?) or scratch of smoke coating on underside that is not felt on the surface nor readily seen when piece is set in place horizontally.
