Early MCM Edvin Öhrström for Orrefors Waterfall Vase, a rare piece signed by the artist with "Orrefors E Öhrström" mark. This stunning vase is a true masterpiece, skillfully crafted by the renowned Swedish glassmaker Orrefors, and designed by the talented artist Edvin Öhrström.
Measuring 8 inches tall (20cm) and weighing 5.2 lbs, this hefty piece is truly a work of art. The unique Waterfall design, featuring delicate ribbed lines, showcases the incredible craftsmanship of Orrefors and the artistic vision of Öhrström.
While this vase shows some light wear on the bottom and a few small imperfections such as a 2mm scratch on one rib and a tiny flea bite near the bottom on the side, it remains in good original condition and unaltered.
This early piece signed by the artist is particularly scarce, as later issued pieces are only signed with the company and model number.
