A striking crested Scandinavian Rococo mirror, like Danish, with a cartouche form crest filled with gilded rocaille elements, C- scrolls, acanthus sprays and shells. A gilded filet surrounds the mirror plate as well. Good restored antique condition, typical irregularities and signs of age with a later mirror plate, gilding refreshed. Wooden back. Ca. Late 18th century.
