Wonderful 1960’s vintage mid-century modern spun fiberglass forest green painted outdoor or patio dining table & four armchairs on casters. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that these are vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. New paint but not done by us. Needs cushions. Please see photos and zoom in for details. Who needs to go to a fancy restaurant for dinner when you can stay home and have fine dining like this? This is a fabulous spun fiberglass outdoor dining set comprised of a table with a cinched pedestal base and a round top with a glass insert and four armchairs on casters. So often pieces like this are Attributed to Russell Woodard, and throughout the design community there are debates and discussions as to what in fact defines a Russell Woodard piece, but in fact he NEVER produced spun fiberglass furniture. He worked mostly with iron and aluminum furniture. That being said, what we DO know about this piece in addition to the fact that it is DEFINITELY NOT Russell Woodard is, it is DEFINITELY mid-century modern, it is DEFINITELY spun fiberglass, and it is DEFINITELY sought after and SUPER COOL. Whatever its origins it is a fantastic design and is comprised of spun fiberglass webbing which somewhat mimics the look of wicker but with a much more modern approach. This set is painted a gorgeous forest green, and it is ready to be a new vintage addition to your patio, deck, or porch, or even in your kitchen, game room, or dining area. It would also be awesome in your sunroom or out on the lanai for some stylish indoor/outdoor activities!! There are few things as fabulous as spun fiberglass and here you have it! A FULL five-piece set!!! What are you waiting for? Just add some seat cushions and make it yours!!!
