The piece has been polished, not restored, and retains patina/light wear (stain loss to the edge along with a few small scuffs, as shown).
Commissioned in 1965 from Jacques Quinet by the father of the original owner for his apartment which was part of the residence "Les Neiges d'Or" in the Alpe d'Huez. We have the corresponding nightstands from the same commission listed separately.
