This set of rare mid-century Italian art glass "Gondola" sculptures come in stunning ruby and gold! How they survived the decades together and in such wonderful condition is a miracle! These very beautiful and substantial Italian Murano art glass pieces feature a very Venetian Gondola Motif; one mama gondola and one baby gondola, both with gold leafing accents, but of course mama's has more! These are perfect for holding treasured pieces of jewelry or simply on display!
Gondolas are a symbol of the city of Venice know throughout the world. These sculptures are a real treasure, especially if you collect boats and are an art glass collector.
