Paul Ackerman, was born on 17 September 1908 ( Romania ) and died in Paris on 13 March 1981, is a painter, lithographer, French sculptor, and theatrical decorator naturalized Romanian . He has lived in France since 1912 and belongs to the École de Paris. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
