A rare and very large matchbox. Intended as a shop advertising piece. These were made to advertise 'The Regular Safety Match' made by Joseph Franses & Co Ltd. It is just a larger than life version of a normal size matchbox with makers mark & striking panels to the sides, still containing the extra long original matches. 1908.
These matches would have been used in shops to advertise The Regular Safety Match, this box remains in original condition, would make a great addition to any collection. This piece has an attribution mark,
I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
