The back of the canvas notes the art supplier’s location as Washington, D.C.
Lots of excellent detail, with plantation style house, people (slave?), and beautiful landscape.
Oil on canvas measures 10” x 14”.
With the original frame with gold liner, measures 14” x 18”.
