Elaborately framed out, panels are painted on both sides (green on the "inside" and black on the "outside"). Panels open for fresh air, close with primitive hasp hardware. Brass (?) hinges and rough flat nails also appear old. I cannot find any comparables; I am estimating early 20th century. less
