An original vintage charcoal and pastel drawing of a standing nude woman signed lower right by Barbara A. Dahlin. Presented matted and framed in a natural solid wood frame.
Overall framed size 25 x 38” image 17.5 x 30”.
Barbara A. Dahlin (1931-2000) Mrs. Dahlin attended the Hartford Ct. Art School on scholarship, graduating in 1954. She also attended Central CT. College where she earned her teaching certificate. She did commercial artwork for Steigers in Hartford. She started teaching school as an art teacher in the Hartford and Newington area. In the mid 60's, Mrs. Dahlin was named the head of the Daniel Hand High School Art Department, Madison, retiring in 1994.
