All 6 chairs match and … more Up for sale is a hard to find original 19th century primitive Dining table set. All 6 chairs match and are very simillar to the design of the table. The table itself is a Hutch table that has two functions. The table top can be flipped vertically with the removal of two of the four wooden pegs as Shown to make the table into a benched chest. The bottom can open up for storage and be used as one long seat. The set looks to be original with no sign of refinishing but I can not confirm. The pegs fit snugly in with a tight clearence so they wont just fall out on their own. The 6 chairs are identical but some are in slightly better condition than others. The whole set does show signs of age with light scratches but for its age its as good as one could expect. Very neat versitile piece that serves as a usable historic display. The table measures 72L x 30W x 30H. the chairs measure 17L x 19W x 33H, with a seat height of 18". Local pickup is available. less
