This is a molded chestnut-stained bentwood rack that can rest on a desk, shelf, or file cabinet designed and produced by Bernhard Pedersen & Son in Denmark.
It measures 11.75" x 12" x 7.5".
There are no labels, markings, or brand stickers adhered on this rack, although it slightly resembles similar magazine / file / LP record racks sold at Terence Conran's UK-based Habitat store in the 1980s and 1990s, as well as the bentwood ones created by Michael Graves and the lucite ones designed by Spectrum for Diversified Designs in the 1980s.
