Each little tear shaped glass has pressed seaweed and the back is lined in mother of pearl. There are old cracks in a few glasses and the bottom of the basket is an oval glass frame that probably held a picture or more seaweed. The handle is a little bent. Despite its issues this is a beautiful little object less
