This Keith Haring Estate rare vintage 1991 offset lithograph print custom framed collector's Pop Art poster " Dancing Dogs " 1982, is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The Pop Art poster print is published by Te Neues Publishing Company, New York and Te Neues Verlag, Kempen, printed in Germany in 1991 in an unnumbered limited edition with the authorized licensed rights of The Estate of Keith Haring. It features an " Untitled " ( Dancing Dogs ) artwork image originally created by Haring in 1982.
This is a rare opportunity for true Keith Haring fans and collectors as this coveted image Pop Art poster print is long out of print and very scarce to find. The official " KH " Estate seal of authenticity is printed on the poster in the lower right corner.
Keith Haring ( 1958 - 1990 ) was an incredibly vibrant American artist and social activist who's artwork responded to the 1980's Street culture by expressing concepts of birth, death, sexuality, and war. Haring's work was often heavily political, his imagery became a widely recognized vivid and iconic visual language of The Late 20th Century. Haring's close friends and inspirational contemporaries included Andy Warhol, Jean Michel Basquiat, and Madonna, all of whom he collaborated with in his lifetime. Art works by Haring are included in many of the world's most prestigious museums.
The rare out of print collector's framed Pop Art poster measures 31 3/4" W X 24 1/2" H X 1 3/8" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern matte brushed finish black metal frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.
