Purchased by us in Paris. It is original to 1936 and NOT a recent reproduction print. Magazine cover art is highly collectible and has become increasingly more difficult to find with the passage of time as it is was susceptible to rips, tears, discolorations. This image is in remarkably excellent condition especially as it is printed on a fragile newsprint quality paper. It has a wonderful sepia tone quality which is also rare to find. The image features the most fashionable ski wear for the chic woman who loves the sport of skiing. Notice the styling...double breasted jacket, details in the collars, scarf, hats, and the flow of the ski pants, etc. These women sure make a fashion statement on the slopes! 9.25 x 12.25 inches in size.
