A colorful decorator sheet - Column Designs, circa 1900.
Note from seller: We recently purchased a few plates from the German Dekorative Vorbilder series, published at the turn of the century from the 1890s on. The series provided ornament ideas/inspiration for designers. Printed in Stuttgart and published by the Jul. Hoffmann publishing house, these seem to be the German version of the French Document du Decorateur series. Excellent color, hard to find images - we think these would look wonderful framed alone or as a group.
