A pair of Italian Renaissance walnut chairs. Pozzetto, Volpi Collection- Art Treasures of the Davanzati; These chairs are some of the earlier form of chairs and were most often found in Churches or Palazzi . They are wonderful in a Wine Cellar. These two have been restored over the years, repairs etc. have been photographed, they are in amazing condition considering their age. Very rare indeed.
