Unframed. Image size, 64"H x 48"W, A painter born in San Francisco, Louis Nadalini attended the Art Students League where he studied with George Grosz, and he also studied with Martin Baer in San Francisco from 1955-1957. In the late 1960's, he developed a form of painted relief, which was painting hard-edge forms of vertical louvres arranged so that different compositions were seen when observed from the right or the left side of the picture.
