Chamberlin (American, 1899-1963). Chamberlin went to school at Stanford University and California School of Fine Art and later taught art in San Francisco for many years. He later moved down the coast to Santa Cruz and later Los Gatos, where he operated an art gallery, lectured and had many students. Much of his works included seascapes and landscapes. Signed "C. F.
