Tag reads 51% wool and 49% cotton.
Made in Germany
Verso tag, faded, partial letters remaining originally read

Fully jointed bear with silver Ear Button and Tag and the Chest Tag.
Has glass eyes and embroidered nose and mouth.
In excellent condition and so cute!.
Note the older hang tag and ear tag.
