Set of three Calico Fruit Jars. They are Universal Potteries Mixing Bowls made in the 1940s and have the Union Label on the bottom. It's a great Ivory color with red, blue, and yellow fruits around it. Is ovenproof so they can be used for baking, planting, or your delicious cookies!
The vivid patchwork of colors is predominately blue, red and yellow on a background of ivory-white. Made of semi-porcelain -- a durable, practical ware that is heatproof... coldproof... and acid resisting. Designed for a variety of uses... oven-to-table serving, mixing, as well as storing left-overs in the refrigerator."
