Inside a wreath in gilded and chiseled bronze there is an enameled metal display with hours and minutes in Arabic numerals. Finely perforated gilt bronze hands. Mechanism marked Japy Freres & C.ie grande medaille d'honneur. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
